AVONDALE, Ariz. – As the Round of 8 in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs comes to a close Sunday, Chase Elliott will take the green flag inside the top 10.
Saturday afternoon at ISM Raceway, Elliott led the way for Hendrick Motorsports by qualifying for Sunday’s race in sixth.
He has now started inside the top seven in each of his last seven races at ISM Raceway.
Next to take the green flag will be Alex Bowman in 14th. Following their teammates will be William Byron in 18th and Jimmie Johnson in 22nd.

The Round of 8 finale at ISM Raceway is set to take place tomorrow, Nov. 10, at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
