CONCORD, N.C. -- William Byron will lead the charge for his Hendrick Motorsports teammates at Martinsville Speedway Saturday when he rolls off the grid third Saturday night.
The 23-year-old driver will look to earn his second win of the year at Martinsville and extend his current top-10 finish streak to six races.
Chase Elliott will be one row behind Byron and start the race fifth. Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman will both start in the 10th row in 19th and 20th, respectively.
The starting lineup was set based on the metrics formula from last season. It applies the data from the driver's finishing position of the last race (25%), the car owner's finishing position from the last race (25%), team owner points ranking (35%) and the fastest lap from the previous race.
Joey Logano will start from the pole position.
