The current Hendrick Motorsports drivers have yet to win at the South Carolina track that is known to be "Too Tough to Tame," but they have been pretty close to visiting victory lane. Kyle Larson has three runner-up finishes in his last three starts there (the last two coming with Hendrick Motorsports, while Alex Bowman was the second-place finisher in the sport's first race back following the COVID-19 stoppage in 2020. Chase Elliott and William Byron each have two top-five finishes as well.

With Elliott's win at Dover Motor Speedway, all four Hendrick Motorsports drivers have posted victories in the 2022 Cup Series season. That makes the squad the quickest four-car lineup to each post a win in Cup Series history. Byron's two wins are the most for the team, with Larson, Bowman and Elliott each at one win thus far.
