BOSTON -- Jimmie Johnson did it.

The seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion completed his first-ever marathon -- the prestigious Boston Marathon, at that.

And he did it in the impressive time of 3:09:07, posting an average pace of seven minutes and 13 seconds per mile in Mondays 26.2-mile race with No. 48 team partner Ally cheering him on the whole way.

Take a look at Johnson's accomplishment through social media below, from his pre-race routine to receiving his medal from former Boston Marathon champion and Olympian Meb Keflezighi.
