TALLADEGA, Ala. -- After a Stage 2 at Talladega Superspeedway that often featured three- and even four-wide racing, Chase Elliott led the Hendrick Motorsports teammates to the green-checkered flag.
Elliott finished Stage 2 in fourth, earning an additional seven points in the process.
He was joined in the top 10 by Jimmie Johnson, who took the green-checkered flag in seventh, earning another four extra points for the result.
At the end of the second 55-lap stage, all four Hendrick Motorsports teammates were inside the top 15.
Kasey Kahne was the next driver to cross the finish line in 13th, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. just behind him in 15th.
The race will conclude with a final, 78-lap segment.
