CONCORD, N.C. - NASCAR unveiled the entry list and practice groups for the Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium on Tuesday and three of the four Hendrick Motorsports drivers will be together.

By virtue of finishing third, sixth and ninth respectively in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series points standings, William Byron, Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman will all practice as part of group 1. Chase Elliott meanwhile, will practice and qualify as part of group 3.

The 39 entrants into the Clash were split into three groups and each will get three practice sessions on Saturday with the final session determining the starting lineup for four heat races later in the evening. Practices will begin at 6:10 p.m. with each of the first two sessions lasting eight minutes. In the third session, drivers will have four minutes to run their fastest lap.

Heat races are then slated to begin at 8:30 p.m. and will run for 25 laps each. The top five in each of the four heats will automatically qualify for Sunday's main event. Two more drivers will earn their way in via last chance qualifier on Sunday with a 23rd and final spot being awarded to the driver who finished highest in points in 2024 that did not otherwise qualify.
